Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
Develop and maintain bots that automate repetitive, manual tasks.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal bot performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes in production environments.
Continuously improve automation solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and sustainability.
Provide technical support and maintenance for RPA implementations.
Document processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on experience in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
Strong programming skills (C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, or similar).
Familiarity with AI and machine learning integration into RPA solutions is a plus.
Understanding of process mapping and business process analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
